What can we say...besides we just LOVED Queenstown! Though
'commerical', there's so much going on - hikes, beautiful open spaces and downtown parks that people peacefully enjoyed, the Remarkable Mountains that are truly remarkable, Saturday Market in the square near the Wharf, and of course the infamous
ferry ride across Lake Wakatipu. We so enjoyed our extended time (5 days) here we spoke with a number of people and playfully looked at interesting real estate opportunities.
Next stop going north to Auckland will be our return visit to Waipara, Christchurch and Nelson.
